Job Title: TMG ｜ Machining Planning Engineer AAR/Shaft
Division/Department: Planning
Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning new projects, automation project and technical
changes, creating project timeline and continuously tracking project progress,
planning of machining equipment and machining process,equipment modification
for producing new parts or projects.
* Responsible for developing new processes, such as machining milling,
stamping…, creating technical specifications for equipment,conducting technical
discussions with suppliers, providing supplier nomination
recommendation,installation, commissioning and acceptance of
equipment,organizing machine capability test.
* Responsible for organizing suppliers and relevant departments to solve
problems during the final acceptance process and handing over the equipment to
the user department,
* Responsible for supporting production department to solve problems during
the series production, supporting implementation of technical
changes, supporting localization, such as the machine localization and the raw
material localization.
* Responsible for creating new raw parts drawings, updating parts drawing,
such as the raw parts drawing and the soft turning parts drawing.
* Responsible for continuously improving and optimizing the existed processes
and equipment, creating and regular updating documents, such as Control Plan,
P-FMEA, process documents…
* Responsible for planning, acceptance, and handover of tools and fixtures,
prepare to audit relevant documents, such as process audit, System audit,
Speed audit...

Your Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major
in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile related fields
* English or German proficient
* 3 years' work experience in the automotive/maching field
* Skilfully applying office software such as MS Office,etc
* Know how about Drawing software, for example 3D model, CAD…….
* Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
* Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something
goes wrong.
